Account Number Please be aware that to use this form of payment you will need to have your 10 digit account number available. This would be located on the payment stub portion of your invoice and also on the bottom of the invoice. If you do not have your account number please call us at 1-800-672-7800 and we will be happy to assist you. Additional Charges As you know, it is customary for businesses to pay the bank merchant fees associated with credit card transactions. However, due to the fiduciary nature of a non profit community association such as yours, all fees must instead be added to the principal amount of this transaction. Accordingly, a merchant bank fee of 3% and a convenience fee of $2.00 will be added to your payment amount. Processing Time The payment you are making will take 1-2 business days before it is on your account. Please plan in advance to avoid possible late charges and or interest.
