Automated Payment Option

Whether you have a busy schedule, travel out-of-town frequently, or are on vacation, with our automated payment option, your monthly association assessments will always be paid on time. If you are interested in paying your monthly community association dues via automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account, all you to do need is:

1. Print out and complete the authorization form. Don't forget to attach a voided blank check to the form.

2. Mail your completed form with the voided check to:

3. Call Heide at (714)285-2626 Ext 249 if you have any questions.

You will receive a letter in the mail telling you the date your automated payment will be in effect. Please continue to pay your association dues directly until you receive our letter confirming that your authorization processing is complete. Processing can take up to 5 weeks. All automatic payments will be debited from your account on the 6th of the month.

You may cancel your authorization at any time by sending a written cancellation notice to the above address or fax at least 5 working days prior to the payment date.
