Minutes Of The Regular Session Of The Board Of Directors
July 5, 2000

The regular session of the Windwalker Homeowners Association was held on Wednesday, July 5, 2000 at the pool area, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Directors Present: John Smith, Mary Cans, Tim Brown

The regular session was opened at 6:30 p.m. by the President, John Smith.

MINUTES:

The Board of Directors reviewed the minutes of June 7, 2000. Motion made by Sara Jones, seconded by Rich Jones and unanimously carried to approve the minutes as submitted.

FINANCIALS:

The Board of Directors reviewed the financials from June 24, 2000. Motion made by Tim Brown, seconded by Mary Cans and carried to approve the financials dated June 24, 2000 some corrections to be made regarding GL codes.

OLD BUSINESS

Refurbishing garage doors - The bid received was for replacement of door, springs, etc. Need someone to look at each individual door and submit price individually for repairs needed.

Board to decide on three styles of metal doors and put out survey to owners.
Landscape - Board is going to monitor crew. Management to request a weekly irrigation check along with a schedule prior to inspection. Board also wants a detailed list of where heads have been replaced, valves and main lines. Management to also request a log be given to Management prior to the monthly meeting for the Board to review.

ADJOURNMENT:

With no further business coming before the Board of Directors in the regular and open session the meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m. by the President, John Smith.
