Bees and Wasps

It has been noted that your association has quite a few wasp nests. For those homeowners who have nests on the first floor, you might want to consider using a hornet/wasp insecticide such as "Ortho Hornet/Wasp Instant Kill II"(Home Depot) or a similar product, that will spray up to 20 feet. After spraying the nest you should leave the nest up to sever(7) days before removing to ensure all wasps have been killed. If the wasp nests are on the second or third story call Transpacific Management Service to request the services of our bee specialist.


Swimming Pool!

The pool is now heated. Don't forget the rules. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 8:00am to 10:00pm. Friday and Saturday 8:00am to 11:00pm. Enjoy that extra one hour on the weekends. Safety First!!
