The employee owners of Transpacific Management Service are very pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Mike McAllister, Vice President of Forward Planning, to our staff. Mike's addition to our builder services department expands our service offerings to now include DRE budget processing and other forward planning and consulting services. Mike is an 18 year veteran in the real estate development and management industry, and has the distinction of having been a budget reviewer for the California Department of Real Estate for ten years. This experience allows Mike a keen and unique understanding of the nuances of the department and the budget review protocol not otherwise readily available. As a result of his vast professional experience, Mike has expertise in virtually every complex budget matter, including mixed use, phased airspace envelopes, multi-builder, master/sub communities and timeshares. It is our hope that we can utilize Mike's expertise is assisting our homebuilder clients with budget processing or other forward planning needs. Transpacific Management Service is a division of the Management Trust, and as such is the only 100% employee owned management firm in the nation.
