Transpacific Management Service believes that one of the strongest legacies a developer can leave a community is a solid management presence and foundation. TMS works with developers to create a complete management plan for each new community association. These plans visualize the operations of the community for many years into the future and become the foundation for many of the business decisions made by the community long after the builder's active role has ended. Our developer services encompass:

• Forward planning and budget preparation, including review of designs, association governing documents, and DRE budget
• Training and orientation for sales and customer service staffs
• Information sheets in the sales offices to describe association living and homeowner responsibilities as a member of the community
• Welcome packages and homeowner manuals to help foster a better understanding of the roles of the community association, manager, and the developer
• Board of director orientation
• The assistance of Transpacific's Community Relations Manager and other programs to help lay the framework for creating a greater sense of community among homeowners
