Coast Landscape Maintenance Company would like to take this

perform.
We have grown steadily in the Orange County area for
twenty (20) years and have a reputation for dependable, quality service. We own approximately
15,000 square feet of office and warehouse space with additional outside fenced yard facilities.

All crew leaders and irrigation personnel are uniformed, English

as well as Rodent Abatement Services. We also have a Professional Tree Pruning Division and an
In-House Arborist, which enables us to accompolish all tree work without subcontracting. We have the
facilities to accomplish any construction related on-site irrigation, drainage or retro-fitting
required. We have the capability to produce computerized water management reports, including
water audits and irrigation logs, to facilitate the effective use of water, a most precious
commodity to every Homeowner Association. We also have the capability to produce computerized
service logs, which detail your service requests and our response. We have won numerous California
Landscape Contractors Association Beautification Awards, acknowledged standards of excellence in
our industry. We have also received the B.O.M.A. Award (Building Owners and Manager Associations)
