Transpacific Management Service clients. For those associations confronted
with construction defects we will provide a comprehensive case assessment
which will equip the Board of Directors with the necessary information to make
an informed decision as to whether to file a construction defect claim. This
assessment will include a complimentary site evaluation performed by a licensed
construction professional, a review of the developer's insurance picture/history.
Additionally, when necessary and prudent, we will perform one to two days of
intrusive testing to confirm the existence and the nature of the defects. If
